    you shouldnt be drinking fruit juice if you are diabetic. too much sugar. i assume you are over weight, and that alone is causing a lot of your pain.

    I’m not sure what psoratic arthritis is, but I know vinegar is good for arthritis. Drinking it. No joke. Vinegar is good for a lot of things.

    This is a website that tells you about treatments. One thing that helps is to drink clean water frequently. Your skin is dry and painful so water helps hydrate. There are no calories in water and so doesn’t hurt yoru diabetes.

    Use a plain creme with no perfumes for your skin…or even plain vaseline. Bath in lukewarm water with oatmeal as it soothes the skin.

    Use heat and ice for joint pain. It really helps. Do excercises in water where there is less stress onyour joints.

    Avoid high fat meats like red meat, and yes give up on colas. Try club soda and lemon or lime instead. Refreshing but no bad stuff.

    Good luck…the pain is hard to bear. Don’t give up on life. You can do it.
